NFT Auction Warehouse — Digital Asset, Smart Contract & Refund Policy
1. Non-Custodial Blockchain Transactions: On-chain cryptocurrency swaps, DEX liquidity deposits, and smart contract NFT mints executed via MetaMask or Web3 wallets are irreversible once confirmed on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, or Ethereum Classic.
2. NFT Auctions & Physical Hardware Orders: Physical mining/hardware orders (such as Helium Miners and LB-Box units) and off-chain educational courses (Crypto Class) are eligible for return or refund requests within 30 days of purchase via Customerservice@nftauctionwarehouse.com.
3. Creator Royalties & Marketplace Fees: Smart contract collections enforce automatic on-chain creator royalties and marketplace commissions at the protocol level.
